Spend your winter holidays and summer holidays in one of our beautiful bright apartments with balcony or loggia. 17 apartments, all facing south, can accommodate 2 to 5 people and are of course equipped with cable TV, telephone and blow dryer. Valuables can be stored in the apartment’s safe. The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 cookingplates, refrigerator, coffee maker, mini oven, crockery and cutlery - you can provide a kettle, toaster and microwave free of charge on request. Shower and toilet are separated. All guest have the luxury of a lift and free Wifi in the whole house. The Wellness Area is the perfect place to relax after an exciting day.

Good to know – important infos
- The apartment can be moved into the day of arrival starting 4 pm. Check in is possible until 10 pm.
- Please leave the apartment the last day at 10 am latest so the next guests can move in a clean apartment in time.
- Breakfast is available for an additional EUR 18,00 for adults and EUR 13,00 for children under 14 years per day.
- Book worry-free - travel protection: So that you do not suffer any financial disadvantages in the event of a cancellation or early departure, but also for more security on your Austrian holiday, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus (including helicopter rescue) or Premium (including helicopter rescue and accident package) with the European Travel Insurance AG.
You will receive information on how to take out insurance when you make your booking.
And if things turn out differently than expected and you cannot take your well-deserved vacation, for example because you are sick.
With the hotel cancellation insurance from Europäische Reiseversicherung you are well protected! - We recommend to get travel cancellation insurance.

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply:
AGBH 2006: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%,
in the case of cancellation within the last week before arrival and early departure 90% of the travel price.
