Good to know - important infos
- The additional charge for a one-bed-room is EUR 15,00 per person/night.
- Additional fees for rooms up to 3 nights is EUR 5,00 per person/night.
- The rooms can be used the day of arrival from 2 pm on. Check in is possible until 10 pm.
- Please leave your room and your belongings the day you leave at 10 am so other guests can settle in on time.
- Book worry-free - travel protection: So that you do not suffer any financial disadvantages in the event of a cancellation or early departure, but also for more security on your Austrian holiday, we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus (including helicopter rescue) or Premium (including helicopter rescue and accident package) with the European Travel Insurance AG.
You will receive information on how to take out insurance when you make your booking.
And if things turn out differently than expected and you cannot take your well-deserved vacation, for example because you are sick.

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply:
AGBH 2006: You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40%
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%,
in the case of cancellation within the last week before arrival and early departure 90% of the travel price.
